Once you place your order you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to send in your items for signing by Monique Thomas. This email will include a request form to fill out with details about how you want your items signed (Name, Quote, Location, Pen Color Preference, etc.). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. All items must be properly packaged and mailed with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please do not mail anything that is fragile.
